In an unending battle between Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the prosrcibed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) against the Department of States Services (DSS) a Federal High Court, Abuja, predised over by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, on Friday, dismissed the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Kanu.
