*As Arinze assures, “I understand problems of Ogbaru”

The Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Protocol to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Mr.Chinedu Nwoye, has said Comrade Arinze Awogu, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Representatives candidate for Ogbaru Federal Constituency, has no reason not to win the the election in February 2023.
Speaking weekend during the inauguration of Awogu’s 50- man Campaign Council, he charged the members to work hard to deliver the former chairman, Transition Committee Chairman of Ogbaru Local Government Area during the last four years of Chief Willie Obiano’s administration.
He said: “If we fail, then we have betrayals in our midst. If we have this squad, there is no reason why we should not win the election overwhelmingly.”
Nwoye who was the Coordinator, Soludo Solidarity Movement before his appointment said there is no other person contesting for the post in Ogbaru Federal Constituency, saying that he didn’t see any other billboard, while coming except that of Awogu.
Nwoye said there was somebody who has been representing Ogbaru Federal Constituency for the past 12 years and there is nothing on the ground that justified his long stay at the green chamber.
“If he is suffering there, he should come back, so that Awogu will go there and suffer. If he is enjoying, let our own go there and enjoy too. Arinze is the most qualified to represent Ogbaru this time and the hour has come. The time has come for Awogu. It is only God that can stop him,” he admonished.
Nwoye told the members of campaign council that there should be no double minded persons and enemies within.
He challenged Awogu to remember the people when he wins the seat in February 2023, praying that God’s grace will rest upon him.
In his response, Awogu assured the people of the Federal Constituency of his commitment to work for their interest if he is elected to represent them.
He expressed disappointment that Ogbaru being ravaged by flood yearly has not benefitted from ecological fund due abysmal representation.
He explained how his effort made Anambra State an oil producing State, stressing that his reason for seeking to represent the Federal Constituency was to help improve the lots of his people.
Awogu said: “I understand the problems of my people and how to solve it. Our Governor needs support from good representation in Abuja. We want to complement his efforts with effective representation,” he revealed.
Finally, he charged the members of the campaign council to work hard by talking to both big and small people to ensure his victory
