The Labour Party Presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, has urged Nigerians not to miss the opportunity of voting the best combination of himself and his Vice-Presidential candidate, Dr. Datti Ahmed, in February 25, 2023 presidential election.

Addressing his mammoth supporters who were mainly youth in Asaba, Delta State capital on Monday, Obi said both himself and his running mate are the best combination that Nigerians can trust to pull the country out of wood.

Amidst chants of Obi! Obi!!, Obi!!! by estastic crowd, Obi said both of them knew where they attended their schools from primary schools up to university level unlike some presidential candidates.

He said they have edge over other presidential candidates to address the problem of the country frontally if elected.

He said the average age of himself and his Vice is 60 years unlike others whose average age is 70 years plus.

Obi said they would retire them in peace so that they would go and arrest, saying that they were ready to work hard to reposition Nigeria if voted into power in 2023.

The Labour Party Presidential candidate said although he is a proud Igbo man and a Nigerian, he is not contesting this election based on ethnicity, religion or sense of entitlement or that it is his turn.

Ob said he is running because of the oppressed and deprived Nigerians who need to be .pulled out of their present state of poverty and hopelessness.

He said no more would Police harass any citizen under his watch, saying that the Police would be a friendly organisation.

The flag-bearer said that Nigerian youth are hardworking and therefore should be given opportunity to demonstrate that they could be moved from consumption to production.

He promised to dualise Asaba-Warri road, complete the East West Road at a record time, open up Warri Ports and other Eastern ports to open up the economy.

Datti Ahmed earlier in his speech said Nigeria has never had it so good in any presidential election with the combination of Obi and himself, saying that once they win the election they would halt the stealing and stop the slide in the country.

Obi commenced his campaign in Delta State with a busy schedule as he addressed a mammoth crowd in Warri before moving to Ole, Agbor and finally Asaba, the State capital.
