Counsel to the All Farmers’ Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Modibbo Bakari has told a Federal High Court, Abuja, that the former President, Architect Kabir Ibrahim, misappropriated the association’s funds. Bakari stated this when the presiding judge, Justice Taiwo Taiwo, asked if financial controversy was also involved in the suit filed by the plaintiff (AFAN). There’s no faction in farmers’ association – President
The newly elected President, All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Mr Farouk Mudi, on Thursday, said there was no faction in the body. Mudi made the remark on Thursday when he spoke to some journalists in Abuja.
