Court fixes March 28 for ruling on ex-Minister Kabiru Turaki’s no-case submission

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Monday, fixed March 28 for ruling in a no-case submission filed by former Minister of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs, Kabiru Turaki, and others in the ongoing trial. Justice Inyang Ekwo fixed the date after the defence counsel took and adopted their processes and lawyer to the prosecution, Farouk Abdallah, responded.
