The Supreme Court, on Tuesday, fixed October 22 for the hearing of a suit filed by no fewer than 16 state governments challenging the constitutionality of the laws establishing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and two others. N3.4bn debt: Appeal Court refers Makinde, ex-council officials to dispute resolution centre

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has referred Gov.
