A Federal High Court, Abuja, has been urged to make an order expunging Section 27 of the Terrorism Prevention Act, 2013, as amended, from the country’s law. The call was made in an originating summons marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/225/2022 and filed, on Friday, by Barrister Maxwell Opara and Mr Echiefu Chidiebere Luke against the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF).
